I would like to thank the Virginia Baptist Women in Ministry for inviting me to speak as a guest presenter for their inaugural meeting for their new Chew on This series! See the link below to watch for a limited time! The workbook referenced in my presentation will be available for purchase in my new Etsy shop by the end of the month.
Initially, I was pitched to talk about self-care given the presentation was scheduled to take place in January when most people are implementing resolutions and looking to start fresh. While self-care presentations are in high demand and there are plenty of statistics to support it's value, I strongly believe there are more than enough qualified individuals doing that work already. One reason those speakers remain in high demand is because we're still not adopting self-care practices. As a busy clinician who spent decades in school while working full time and more recently, a budding entrepreneur, I know the thing we really need is more time! Since we can't add more hours to the day, I share how you can get more of your time back by automating your life and using Artificial Intelligence. This is just the beginning of how AI can make your life easier. Join the community so we can take this journey together.
I believe the secret to living the life of your dreams is in creating systems and automating your daily tasks. In my presentation called, Using Artificial Intelligence to Improve Your Quality of Life, I shared with the VBWIM how to be more efficient, develop systems to manage their responsibilities and teams, and how to gain access to tools they can use to monitor their health from a holistic perspective.
It was an honor and a pleasure to give to those who dedicate their life to the well-being of others, sometimes at the cost of their own. I pray something I said or shared, will change the way they view artificial intelligence in the ministry and in their life. Looking forward to the next one for the North Carolina chapter!
